Ideally, you will have 2 years of BTL experience, have a minimum of intermediate to advanced (B2) English language skills and have a B driver’s license.

Stages of recruitment
- We analyze each application submitted in terms of the key competencies for the position. Those who meet the criteria to the highest degree will be invited to a recruitment meeting.
- The first stage is an interview with an HR Business Partner preceded by a recruitment questionnaire. We are mainly interested in learning about the candidate’s previous work experience and competencies, but we also want to find out what is important to the person and what expectations they have of their future employer.
- The next stage, is a meeting with the Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner. During this meeting you can present sample case studies of the most interesting projects. We are interested in your effectiveness in overcoming project difficulties, so tell us about what happened to you and how you dealt with it.
You will also be given some tasks to solve, which you should spend about 1-1.5 hours on.
At the end of the recruitment process, we will offer employment to the selected person who has met the criteria to the highest degree. Regardless of your decision, whether or not you proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process, you will receive feedback from us.
