Recruitment stages:

  • We analyze each application submitted in terms of the key competencies for the position. Those who meet the criteria to the highest degree will be invited to a recruitment meeting.
  • The first stage is an interview with an HR Business Partner preceded by a recruitment questionnaire. We are mainly interested in learning about the candidate’s previous work experience and competencies, but we also want to find out what is important to the person and what expectations they have of their future employer.
  • The next stage, is a meeting with the Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner. During this meeting you can present sample case studies of the most interesting projects. We are interested in your effectiveness in overcoming project difficulties, so tell us about the identified problem and its solution.
    You will also be given some tasks to solve, for which you should spend about 1-1.5 hours.
