Who are we looking for?
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, and you are no stranger to working on shuffles
- You have the ability to organize your work effectively.
- You easily establish contacts and freely conduct e-mail correspondence and do not pretend to be deaf when a customer calls.
- You are able to make friends with the data in your reports, condense it into a presentation that you present at a meeting without any trouble.
- You like to penetrate, test, inquire – you are looking for solutions, and your glass is always half full.
- You have very good computer skills and basic applications (calendar, email, task management systems e.g. trello, jira, gitlab), and when you don’t know something, you ask and search.
- You like to look for solutions on your own!

A few words about our recruitment process:

- We analyze each application submitted in terms of the key competencies for the position. Those who meet the criteria to the highest degree will be invited to a recruitment meeting.

- The first stage is an interview with an HR Business Partner preceded by a recruitment questionnaire. We are mainly interested in learning about the candidate’s previous work experience and competencies, but we also want to find out what is important to the person and what expectations they have from their future employer.

- The next stage, is a meeting with the Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner. During this meeting you can present sample case studies of the most interesting projects. We are interested in your effectiveness in overcoming project difficulties. You will also be given some tasks to solve, which you should spend about 1-1.5 hours on.
Upon completion of the recruitment process, we will offer employment to the selected person who has met the criteria to the highest degree. Regardless of your decision whether you proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process, you will receive feedback from us.
