    1. The administrator of your personal data provided in connection with the use of the contact form is Unique One Sp. z o.o., Niedźwiedzia 2a Street, (02-737) Warsaw (hereinafter: Administrator).

    2. The Data Controller can be contacted via e-mail address: dane@uniqueone.pl or in writing to the Administrator's registered address.

    3. The Participant's personal data is processed for the purpose of handling the contact form and answering the question asked, as well as for the investigation and defense in the event of mutual claims.

    4. The following categories of data are processed:
      first name, e-mail address.

    5. The legal basis for the Administrator's processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO (our legitimate interest, in the form of answering your question and for determining, investigating or defending against claims).

    6. Transfer/sharing of personal data with other entities.

      • Your personal data are transferred to service providers that supply the Administrator with technical and organizational solutions to manage the www.uniqueone.pl website, as well as to law firms that serve the Administrator.

      • The Administrator reserves the right to disclose information concerning you to the competent authorities or to third parties who make a request for such information, relying on the relevant legal basis and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law.

    7. The Administrator does not transfer Personal Data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

    8. Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary for the purposes mentioned in point 3 and their processing will be discontinued after the premise of the legitimate legal interest of the Administrator ceases to exist.

    9. You have the right to access your data and the right to request their rectification, deletion (in cases described in the law) or restriction of their processing.

    10. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in charge of personal data protection (Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw) if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the law.
